Molly Webb

Mrs. Molly has 20+ years of experience working with children.  She started an in-home daycare when her children were small, taught at Oakcreek Preschool in Kettering for 4 years and has been with Bright Beginnings for 17 years, and spent 13 years as a Lead KMO teacher.  She is also licensed to provide foster care in her home.  Mrs. Molly loves to watch the kids develop throughout the year they are with her.  “These early years in their development are so joyful to watch.  They learn so quickly and absorb so much.  But what I love the most is the hugs they give me.”   Mrs. Molly is good at realizing children grow at their own rate and feels she can bring out the best in each of them during the early years in their life with her patience, compassion and love.  When not teaching, Mrs. Molly is active volunteering at the BOGG Ministries, playing tennis and exercising.  She and her husband and two children have lived in Springboro a little over 20 years.  Mrs. Molly LOVES being a Gogo to her three granddaughters!
